Indonet have an exciting opportunity to recruit IT Desktop to our business.

To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:

  • 1 years+ hands-on experiences in IT Desktop
  • Proven work experience as an IT Desktop or similar role
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with hardware and software applications such as but not limited to Microsoft OS, MacOS, Linux, Networking Device, NAS Storage, Mail System, .
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Respond to users inquiries and complaints about technical issues
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Track system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
  • Talk users through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to users.
  • Maintain a record of user’s issues as well as the solution strategy for future reference.
  • Support the roll-out of new applications, including training users.
  • Test and evaluate new technology for better system performance.
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
  • Maintenance of hardware and software and it’s capacity monitoring and planning
