  • Candidate must hold minimum diploma degree from any field, preferably from industrial or management major
  • Proven successful experience as as 2-3 years store manager/supervisor, preferably candidate who already has experience in managing beauty store
  • Strong organizational and management skill

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to create solid team in order to achieve team target.
  • Ensure excellent service from store team.
  • Provide coaching and counseling to store team.
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Managing stock and review performance store.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
  • Monitor stock product.
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc ).
