- Guide employees in handling customer orders and shipment tracking within the designated region; lead the team to optimize customer order plans based on market competition and achieve regional business goals.
- Expand sales channels and maintain strong customer relationships; promptly report channel sales data and market issues to headquarters for timely strategy adjustments.
- Assist the company in building a sales training system and support the development of the sales talent team.
- Collaborate closely with the global market team to oversee and execute daily marketing plans for the Indonesian market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Having experience morethan 8 years in the same field with at least 3 year in a managerial role.
- Having Work Experience in the automotive vehicle field is preferred
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fluent In English , Preffered can speak mandarin.
