The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in new and existing markets.
  • Conduct market research to understand and report on market demands, trends, user pain points, and competitor activities, and provide marketing recommendations.
  • Continuously optimize and improve the company's sales processes, standardize business operations, and enhance the efficiency of the sales team.
  • Guide employees in handling customer orders and shipment tracking within the designated region; lead the team to optimize customer order plans based on market competition and achieve regional business goals.
  • Expand sales channels and maintain strong customer relationships; promptly report channel sales data and market issues to headquarters for timely strategy adjustments.
  • Assist the company in building a sales training system and support the development of the sales talent team.
  • Collaborate closely with the global market team to oversee and execute daily marketing plans for the Indonesian market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Having experience morethan 8 years in the same field with at least 3 year in a managerial role.
  • Having Work Experience in the automotive vehicle field is preferred
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Fluent In English , Preffered can speak mandarin.
