The HR Executive / HR Support assists with HR operations, including recruitment, employee documentation, and HR system management. This role ensures smooth day-to-day HR functions while supporting company-wide people initiatives. This position will also contribute to HR process improvement and experimentation, assisting and leading HR programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support for HR initiatives.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Support and contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and experimentation initiatives.
- Assist in designing HR-related materials, with experience in Canva, PowerPoint, or other design tools being a plus.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, preferably from a top university.
- Experience: 0-2 years in HR, administration, or a related role. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software, good communication and interpersonal skills, and basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint) are a plus.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, ability to multitask, and willingness to learn and grow in HR.
