Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining & executing external communications strategy meant to build stronger corporate reputation; ensure all messages are consistent and reflect the company branding and values.
- Prepare implementation guidelines for financial literacy and inclusion initiatives, which at least include the following:
- Fulfillment of the principles of implementing activities.
- Preparation of activity plans and reports.
- Implementation of activities in order to improve Financial Literacy.
- Preparation of activity realization reports.
- Plan activities to enhance Financial Literacy and Inclusion, which involves:
- Analyzing various information, including the level of financial literacy and inclusion, income levels, and/or the number and demographic composition of the target population for activities aimed at improving Financial Literacy and Inclusion.
- Designing financial literacy activities.
- Conducting observations of the areas where the activities aimed at improving Financial Literacy and Inclusion will be implemented.
- Preparing Financial Education materials that align with the financial needs of the target population for activities aimed at improving Financial Literacy and Inclusion or refining existing materials to match those financial needs.
- Establishing partnerships with other entities, determining expected achievements from the implementation of activities aimed at improving Financial Literacy and Inclusion.
- Deciding on the forms and methods of activities aimed at improving Financial Literacy and Inclusion.
- Defining parameters and forms for monitoring and/or evaluation.
- Carry out activities to improve Financial Literacy and Inclusion; including but not limited to:
- Managing overall project to ensure all related divisions are able to execute their deliverables on time based on the project timeline and resources.
- Writing effective creative communications brief & meeting notes to ensure all related parties are aligned on the project objective, status & updates.
- Conceptualizing & maintaining communications material for in-app & social media channels.
- Executing administration & clerical support related to legal document & purchase request preparation.
- Cultivating strong personal relationships and partnerships across internal & external stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of activities by PUJK, including:
- Creating and utilizing monitoring methods to ensure that activities aimed at improving Financial Literacy and Inclusion are carried out according to the plan.
- Evaluating the process and impact of activities aimed at improving Financial Literacy and Inclusion.
- Identifying achievements, obstacles, and challenges in the implementation of activities aimed at improving Financial Literacy and Inclusion, and making recommendations for further improvements.
- Compiling monitoring and evaluation reports of activities aimed at improving Financial Literacy and Inclusion.
- Submit plans and reports on the realization of activities aimed at improving Financial Literacy and Inclusion.
- Provide inputs to business units engaged in research and development of financial products and/or services to develop products and services that align with the needs and capabilities of consumers and the community, as determined by the monitoring and evaluation of activities aimed at improving Financial Literacy and Inclusion.
- Other tasks related to the implementation of activities aimed at improving Financial Literacy and Inclusion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management or any related field.
- 5 years of working experience in Corporate Affairs, preferably from FinTech industry.
- Excellent project and event management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good team player with positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Have a high sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Result-driven attitude with strong critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented person.
- Experience with tight deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
- High proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
