About The Role
As a Business Controller for Fleet, you will play a key role in supporting establishing, and managing financial processes that drive the efficiency and profitability of our fleet operations. In the first six months, your primary focus will be on supporting developing operational finance processes and supporting the development of financial models to guide decision-making. What You Will Do
- Supporting the development of operational finance processes for fleet activities within the first three months.
- Supporting the development and implementation of cost control measures to optimize fleet-related expenses.
- Support creating financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor revenues and expenses, providing regular financial insights to leadership.
- Set up early warning systems to detect financial deviations, risks, and potential fraud.
- Identify cost leakages and inefficiencies, recommending corrective actions.
- At least 4 years of experience in management accounting, financial controlling, or operational finance, ideally in the fleet, logistics, or mobility sectors.
- Basic knowledge of cost control, financial modeling, and P&L management.
- A clear understanding of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Participated in setting up operational finance processes and internal controls.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide clear insights and reports.
- Excellent communication skills in presenting financial data.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to drive efficiency improvements.
