Responsibility:

  • Responsible to develop existing market and expand to new market
  • Identify current potential markets and managing internal & external stakeholders
  • Responsible in business development and sales expansion, as well as introducing products to current and potential clients
  • Managing each account and maintain relationship, also maximize the sales opportunity
  • Strong database for existing and new customer (account management)
  • Execute business plan to grow export business
  • Negotiate agreement / contract with buyers
  • Organize sales promotion
  • Manage volume and develop new business and growth opportunities
  • Collect information about marker needs, trend, competitor activity in each marker
  • Find new leads and lead all event / expo
  • Submit short and long term sales plans and strategies with marketing programs that available
  • To check on processing export documents, handling incoterm agreement and freight forwarding end to end process
  • Work closely with the marketing team in the development of new export geographies and products launched. Including design and implement all export strategies and activities
  • Update knowledge and handling regarding various international and domestic trade policies, procedures, licenses and duty
  • Partner with factory and inventory planners, ensure accurate movement of international shipments and ensure arrival of goods within agreed timeline
  • Provide all insurance on shipment insurance and do research related export / import laws, procedures and maintain knowledge related international trading and business

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, International Relationship or a related field
  • Minimum 3 year experience in Export (frontline = meet buyers & backline = paperworks)
  • Have a good experience in export, international trading, and freight forwarding end to end process
  • Confidence in international travel, sales convention, expo, meet buyer, etc.
  • Detail orientation, like numbers, logic and analytics
  • Excellence in communication, both written and oral
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially ms. excel)
  • Knowledgeable in import-export regulations
  • Fluency in english both written and verbal
  • Have a good presentation skills
