Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist F&B at 3000 Group in Bali. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) Management and Policies skills
  • Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration skills
  • Experience in HR functions in the F&B industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
  • HR certification or related degree is a plus
