"Engineering Construction Manager"
Responsibilities:
1) Project Planning (timelines, budgets, work methods).
2) Supervise teams and on-site worker.
3) Provide technical guidance to ensure work quality meets the required standards.
4) Monitoring project progress to ensure it is completed on time and within budgets.
5) Conduct quality inspections at the construction site.
6) Handle permits and documentation required for the construction project.
7) Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
8) Prepare regular reports on project progress for management or clients.
9) Negotiate contracts or other aspects related.
Qualifications:
1) Minimun D3/S1 in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Structural Engineering.
2) At least 3-5 years of experience as a Engineer or Construction Management.
3) Strong understanding of work methods an quality standards (SNI, ASTM, ISO).
4) Proven track record of managing medium to large scale construction projects.
5) Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and standars.
6) Critical thinking and quick corrective action skills.
7) Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
8) Strong decision making and problem solving abilities.
9) Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.
10) Adaptability to changing project demands.
11) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
12) Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
