Channel Network Development Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Channel Development and Expansion: Identify and develop new distribution channels to enhance the company’s market coverage. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with dealers and other channel partners. Support the planning and execution of dealership setup, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Dealer Support and Management: Collaborate with channel partners to improve sales and operational efficiency. Provide necessary guidance for showroom setup and ensure smooth operational onboarding of new dealers. Address day-to-day dealer inquiries and operational issues effectively.
- Market Research and Strategy Implementation: Conduct basic market research to identify opportunities for channel expansion and improvement. Monitor competitors’ channel strategies and market trends to propose actionable recommendations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of dealers and distributors regularly. Provide reports and feedback to management on dealer performance and channel development progress.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in channel development or dealer management, in car automotive industry.
- Experience in dealership setup and operations.
