Country Manager (2B ecommerce)
**Job Description:**
1. Drive the company’s business growth in Indonesia by establishing and overseeing the local customer service and implementation team, while guiding them to meet performance targets.
2. Manage the adaptation, rollout, and training for the company’s SaaS platform in Indonesia, addressing user challenges and supporting effective product adoption.
3. Plan and carry out online and offline marketing initiatives to promote the SaaS platform in the Indonesian market.
4. Conduct research on market dynamics, competitor activities, and product demands specific to Indonesia.
5. Maintain relationships with local stakeholders and manage partnership channels in the region.
**Job Requirements:**
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a managerial position.
2. Committed to long-term growth in the SaaS sector, physically fit, and adaptable to extended periods of work and living abroad.
3. Fluent in Indonesian as a professional language, with a strong understanding of local culture and traditions; candidates with prior study or work experience in Indonesia are highly valued.
4. Skilled in project or team leadership, with sharp business insight and excellent communication abilities.
5. Preference for candidates with a background in managing international business units.
