Job Description
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving offline sales.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new retail and distribution partners.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with current offline sales channels.
- Develop partnerships with businesses, corporate clients, and distributors.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with retail outlets and other offline partners.
- Ensure client satisfaction, handle inquiries, and provide after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategy.
- Regular visits to clients, retailers, and potential partners in Jakarta and surrounding areas.
Qualification
- Any experience in offline sales, field sales, or B2B sales (FMCG, retail, or similar industries preferred).
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills to close contracts with B2B and offline channels.
- Proven experience in canvassing and acquiring new retail channels.
- Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to maintain long-term business partnerships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong ability to work independently.
- Willing to travel and work in the field around Jakarta and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and market analysis.
