About the Role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the primary role of the Account Executive is to work closely with existing clients to maximize business opportunities, as well as explore and acquire new clients. The job holder is accountable for achieving budgeted actual GOP (gross operating profit) results, in line with sales revenue and margin targets as defined by the budget.
Job Requirement:
- Education: Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Commerce.
- Experience: At least 2 years in Sales & Marketing within a travel agent or Tour Operator especially Outbound Tour to Europe.
- Skills: Excellent selling, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of destinations and tourist attractions in Europe.
- Personal Traits: Self-motivated, good teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical: Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and clients.
- Propose tailored solutions, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Collaborate internally to achieve sales revenue and profit targets.
