Project Manager (Cloud Solutions)

To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and define resource allocation
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, assigning roles, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts
- Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects stay within financial constraints
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and take action
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Maintain Consultant Credibility: Learning Process & Examination
- Organizational Development: Training, Mentoring, Coaching
Job Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience handling enterprise class application
- Familiar with major CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CRM. or any Enterprise Business platforms
- Professional Certifications in Project Management or related certification
- Able to create detailed project plan, budget, strategy and optimum resources management
- Good understanding of project management, risk management and business performance analysis tools
- Good in handling stakeholder expectation and change management
- Excellent of crafting communication, presentation to stakeholder with proper presentation tools
General Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate in English (Business English Level)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage client relationships.
- Previous consulting experience or experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong ability to develop people / team member
