Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and professional thinking person. You will be a key player in our daily operations and will assist in various administrative and project-based tasks. You will work closely with the management and Stakeholder(s) to contribute to the smooth functioning of the company.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our projects run efficiently and our teams are well-supported.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Pauau Management team.
- Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives.
- Handle research and tasks either individually or in conjunction with others and report results.
Project Assistance (INITIAL PRIORITY TASK):
- Assist in project management by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and team efforts.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and create presentations for projects.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all team members have access to necessary information.
Team Support:
- Act as a point of contact between management and team members, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate and schedule team meetings and training sessions.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and provide them with the necessary resources.
Travel and Event Coordination:
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for management and team members.
- Help plan and organize company events, meetings, and retreats.
Property Assistance:
- Assist in the coordination and management of all property-related activities.
Business Consultancy Support:
- Provide administrative support to consultancy projects.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct market research and gather relevant data to support business strategies.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure stakeholder requirements are met.
Office Management:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
- Assist in third party management and procurement as needed.
- Ensure up-to-date, SEO-friendly website content.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an General Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Knowledge of the property and real estate industry is a plus but not required.

Must haves:
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be currently located in Bali.
- Clean driving license
- Own your own motorbike
- Own your own Laptop
Nice to have:
- Proven network in the Bali property market.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry or property management is a plus.
