Responsibilities :
1. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
2. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
3. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
4. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
5. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
6. Promoting the organization and products.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
2. Having minimum 4 - 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager
3. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies in agency / production house / or OTT companies.
4. Experience in customer relationship management.
