Position Title: FDA Tutor

Department: FDAP (Full-Time Demo Ambassador Program)

Location: The comfort of your own home!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct engaging demo classes for children and teenagers (ages 6 - 16 years).
  2. Be available for a 9-hour shift and conduct a minimum of 6 successful classes daily during your designated time slots.
  3. Availability on weekends is mandatory (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

Shift Timings:

  • 9-hour shift with 1 or 2 hour breaks.
  • One fixed day off per week (between Monday to Thursday).

Teacher Payout & Incentives:

  1. Fixed Monthly Payout: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 INR (slightly negotiable for experienced candidates).
  2. Uncapped Incentive: Performance-based incentives and bonuses based on the number of conversions in a month.

As an FDA Tutor, you will work closely with our team leads by conducting demo classes only, receiving the necessary guidance to ensure your success in this role.
