B2B Supervisor responsible to build an effective long-term relationship with the Reseller & Distributor and perform sets of sales activities to help BLP run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Achieve forecasted sales goals by BLP (Revenue, QTY, Acquisition)
  • Meet distributor requirements (Responsive, Schedule conscious, etc) and maintain relationship with distributor.
  • Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information about reseller.
  • On-board Reseller and keep the communication alive.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and source leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Domiciled in PALEMBANG, Sumatera Selatan.
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and Health & Beauty Industry trends.
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand partners' needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Computer skills, especially MS Office.
