B2B Supervisor responsible to build an effective long-term relationship with the Reseller & Distributor and perform sets of sales activities to help BLP run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Achieve forecasted sales goals by BLP (Revenue, QTY, Acquisition)
- Meet distributor requirements (Responsive, Schedule conscious, etc) and maintain relationship with distributor.
- Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information about reseller.
- On-board Reseller and keep the communication alive.
- Manage the sales pipeline and source leads.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Domiciled in PALEMBANG, Sumatera Selatan.
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and Health & Beauty Industry trends.
- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand partners' needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Strong time management skills.
- Computer skills, especially MS Office.
