Duties and Responsibilities :
Tugas dan Tanggung jawab :
- To do service activities of Otis product based on Otis service procedures.
- To replace Otis products spareparts.
- To answer callback on office hour and overtime if necessary and approved by the Superior.
- To fill in callback in detail in callback report book after doing reparation of Otis products.
- To fill in time ticket, Service Report, overtime usage and other administration report correctly and punctually.
- To provide input or to up date report to the Superior regarding important problems which is under his responsibility.
- To make spare parts requisition with his superior approval and if necessary he has to give back the damaged part to superior.
- To represent and to keep good image of PT Citas Otis Elevator in relation with customer or government institution based on the company policy and procedures and the authority provided by his superior.
- To keep safety equipment provided by company and to follow safety procedures in the job.
- To keep and to take good care working support equipment provided by company.
- To do minor adjustment of Otis product based on Otis adjustment procedures.
- To participate in training program conducted by company.
- To participate in implementation of company’s programs that instructed by his superior.
- Adapt to workload requirements and be ready to work beyond official working hours as may be required seasonally
- Operate within the code of ethics established by the company, which is also the Three Absolute Otis. Promptly report any doubtful situation to ECO/ B.P.O.
- Strictly and fully comply to all company policies and procedures.

- Report directly to Route Section Manager / Outside Supervisor
- Work closely with repair, adjuster and call back mechanic.

- Technical High School graduated with minimum 4 years relevant working experience.
