**Requirements:**
1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3).
2. Have more than 3 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety management in the manufacturing industry, preferably with work experience in the smelting industry.
3. Ability to build, implement, and maintain an effective occupational health and safety management system.
4. Have the skills and expertise to conduct occupational health and safety audits.
5. Ability to assess risks related to work accidents, hazardous materials, and other safety factors.
6. Ability to prepare clear and accurate occupational health and safety reports and provide improvement recommendations.
7. Strong understanding and ability to apply relevant regulations.
8. Strong communication skills, including with various levels of the organization (including foreign employees) and third parties.
9. Understanding of ISO 45001: 2018 and SMK3 PP No. 50 of 2012.
10. Possess a certificate in General K3 Expert and SMK3 Auditor certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower.
11. Good command of English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
12. Proficiency in using Office software and CAD.
13. Placement at the Sulawesi Morowali Site (SLNC Project).
**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop, implement, and maintain the OHS management system in accordance with international standards (e.g., ISO 45001).
2. Ensure compliance with national and international health and safety laws and regulations.
3. Prepare detailed reports and provide recommendations for future safety improvements.
4. Prepare reports for senior management on the performance of the OHS system, incidents, and compliance status.
5. Analyze OHS data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
6. Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
7. Regularly review and improve the OHS system, ensuring it remains effective and aligned with industry best practices.
