Essential Experience / Criteria (Mandatory):
-Min S1 Psycology With GPA 2,75
-Min Fresh graduate and max 2 years in the same position (entry level)
-Willing to work in the shifting schedule ( 4 Shift 24 Hours)
-Experience in customer service area
-Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa
-Sense Of Empathy
-Able to set the friendly tone (Smiling Voice)
-Good analytical skill
-Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%
-Fast response, effective and efficient in working
-Able to work within dynamic environment
-Vaccinated min 2 Doses
"-Minimum able to speak basic English, however, MUST be able to write in English
Required Competencies:
Information Security Understanding: Basic knowledge of information security principles and best practices for protecting data and systems.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze incidents and determine their root causes as well as appropriate solutions.
Problem-Solving: Capability to quickly identify issues and take effective measures to resolve them.
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with teams and relevant stakeholders.
