Role Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training and performance feedback
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimise sales processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as prospecting for new business
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement
  • Contribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making as part of the leadership team

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of proven sales management experience, preferably FMCG industry
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing or Sales
  • Location: Pekalongan, Tegal, Purwodadi, Cilacap, Wonosobo
