Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and all food and beverage services in the hotel.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, keeping up with market trends.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service across all F&B outlets.
  • Manage the department’s budget and financial reports, including cost control and sales analysis.
  • Train, develop, and motivate the F&B team to provide exceptional service.
  • Establish and maintain supplier relationships to ensure high-quality food and beverage supplies.
  • Plan and execute special events and promotions to boost guest engagement.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure food safety standards are followed.
  • Collect and analyze guest feedback for continuous service improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with managerial experience being an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, and catering operations.
  • Ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and sales analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative in menu development and promotion planning.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Food Safety Management) are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours when required.
