Position: Food and Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and all food and beverage services in the hotel.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, keeping up with market trends.
- Ensure high standards of customer service across all F&B outlets.
- Manage the department’s budget and financial reports, including cost control and sales analysis.
- Train, develop, and motivate the F&B team to provide exceptional service.
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships to ensure high-quality food and beverage supplies.
- Plan and execute special events and promotions to boost guest engagement.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure food safety standards are followed.
- Collect and analyze guest feedback for continuous service improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with managerial experience being an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, and catering operations.
- Ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and sales analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative in menu development and promotion planning.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Food Safety Management) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours when required.
