Job Overview:
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, providing guidance on HR policies and practices, and fostering a culture of employee engagement and development. You will work closely with senior leadership to support talent management, employee relations, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic advisor to management, identifying and prioritizing HR initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals.
• Develop and align HR policies and programs to promote employee engagement, retention, and
performance.
• Provide guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities, offering data-driven recommendations to senior management.
• Lead a team of HR professionals, collaborating with Centers of Excellence to drive HR and business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
• Proficiency in English.
• 15–20 years of experience in HR and Labor Relations roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor laws.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and influencing skills.
• Expertise in industrial relations, HR legal and regulatory environments, and talent management.
• Effective communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a large-scale multinational manufacturing company.
• Experience in a unionized company.
• Willingness to relocate to Batam.
