Responsibilities:

• Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third-party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.

• Responsible for growing the social/KOL capabilities of the business

• Source and review for the right ambassador/influencer match for each campaign

• Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

• Build long-term relationships with valuable KOLs

• Develop content planning and review creative content

• Show leadership and manage campaign teams throughout the execution

• Contribute to producing campaign assets and participate in on-set productions

• Monitor and optimize each KOLs performance

• Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any major

• Good working knowledge of digital marketing/advertising and preferably experience in KOL marketing and/or social media marketing

• Strong network with influencers with good account management skills

• A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within a team

• Excellent problem-solving skills and high levels of accuracy

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Strong research skills

• Familiar with digital campaign.

• Strong project management and execution abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Knowing copywriting and how to build offers.

• Have at least 3 year of relevant work experience managing KOL/influencers/buzzer/communities.

• Great time management skills and attention to detail

• Having good and extensive networking with KOL/influencers/buzzers/communities
