Role Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Product Development / Design Product to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of innovative products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that new products meet customer needs, market trends, and company goals. You will play a crucial role in taking products from concept to launch and ensuring their continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design forward-thinking products.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop products that meet user needs and market trends.

• Oversee the product journey from idea generation to launch.

• Ensure products meet quality standards and align with company strategies.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Industrial Design or Product Design.

• Strong skills in ideation and concept creation.

• Proficient in both hand-drawn and digital sketching for communication.

• Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle management.

• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and human factors engineering.

• Ability to deliver clear and engaging presentations
