We are looking for a well-rounded Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Bandung office while working closely with our Indonesia and Singapore teams. This role ensures smooth coordination between different internal stakeholders, manages administrative tasks and helps maintain operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, highly organized, resourceful and able to work independently while effectively handling multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Scheduling & Coordination:

-> Manage and update interviewers' schedules weekly for the Talent Acquisition team.

-> Organize and coordinate internal knowledge-sharing sessions between project teams.

-> Schedule and facilitate performance review sessions for employees.

Administrative & Office Management:

-> Coordinate between Operations and the HR team to ensure alignment in administrative processes.

-> Oversee office supply management and procurement for the Bandung office.

Operational Support and Improvements

-> Assist in ensuring the smooth execution of internal processes and workflows.

-> Help implement operational improvements in scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks.

-> Support ad-hoc operational tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.
  • Experience in IT operations and/or Project Management Office (PMO) would be preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.
  • Experience in coordinating between multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • This role requires working onsite at our Bandung office.
