- One of high level position in our company that has resposibility to design after sales service planning and develope strategic control, points control for all indonesia area also plan all activities related to parts.
- Optimize the after-sales SOP based on operational techniques and market demands with the aim of strengthening the efficiency of the after-sales system
- Enhance the profitability of service stations through operational analysis, manage service operations, and provide outcome reports along with improvement plans.
- Develop targeted service skill and service operation guidelines that align with market conditions and the company's needs. Effectively improve dealers' service awareness, guide them in implementing service actions, and strengthen team empowerment
- Promote the implementation of service activity plans and efficiently develop the professional skills of relevant personnel through a mentorship and coaching model.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Having experience morethan 4 years in the same field with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Ability to independently manage the company's service operations and develop executable market strategies.
- Having Work Experience in the automotive vehicle field is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent In English , Preffered can speak mandarin.
