Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Leader to spearhead our brand management and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance brand awareness, foster customer loyalty, and drive business growth.
Placement: Jakarta, Indonesia
Working Arrangement: WFO
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with organizational goals and market opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, maintaining alignment with brand identity and positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media strategies, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing successful brand campaigns and driving growth.
- Depth Knowledge of Beauty Industry is preffered
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and strategy, consumer behavior and market research, and digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
