As Appraisal Officer, you will be responsible for conducting appraisals of collateral value that has been repossessed. This role involves managing vendor performance, assessing the value of assets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Coordinate with external vendors to facilitate asset recovery process
- Conduct field visits to assess the condition of collateral
- Conduct thorough appraisals of repossessed assets (vehicles, equipment, etc.) to determine their fair market value.
- Collaborate with external partners to do asset disposal via auction/reselling process
- Work closely with other departments, such as Collections, Legal, and Risk Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [2-3 years] experience in repossession, appraisal, or a related field, preferably in the multi-finance industry.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
