PURPOSE

The Customer Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for providing quality data to stakeholders within the country. The scope of data focuses on commercial-related reporting, including Sell-In, Sell-Out, offtake, inventory, market share, forecasts, and other data related to commercial KPIs. This role also involves analyzing external data to track the performance and effectiveness of Merchandisers, Sales Promoters, and Medical Representatives, in collaboration with third-party agency partners where relevant.

KEY TASKS

  • Ensure data governance, maintain data quality, and ensure data availability.
  • Optimize the use of the Commercial Data Platform (CDP), including CRM, Power BI, or any relevant platforms/systems.
  • Manage data according to data properties as required by local governance and agreed definitions across internal stakeholders.
  • Administer efficient processes to capture and maintain various data types.
  • Set up standard and ad hoc reports in a timely manner while ensuring data quality.
  • Monitor agency reports using appropriate tools and standard reporting practices.
  • Establish regular communication and feedback with agency partners to effectively steer data reporting, maintaining close collaboration with internal and external data sources/providers (e.g., distributors, third parties).
  • Provide suggestions based on data analysis to stakeholders regarding KPIs and other necessary information.
  • Ensure compliance with Bayer's Corporate Compliance and governance policies, adhering to ethical practices, safety regulations, local laws, and industry codes of conduct.

Skills & Requirements

  • Relevant experience: Minimum of 2 years in a data analyst role.
  • Familiarity with systems and data platforms.
  • Main competencies: Proficiency in MS Office and presentation skills.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in a commercial setting.
  • Basic proficiency in English.
