Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing Dell servers and storage.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers, Dell PowerVault, Unity, or other Dell storage products.
  • Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and integrating server/storage in virtual environments.
  • Understanding of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
  • Dell Technologies certification (Dell EMC Proven Professional) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of networking architecture, TCP/IP protocols, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
