The Executive Talent Management role is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles. This role includes managing recruitment, employee development, performance management, and succession planning. The Talent Management professional will work closely with leadership to create and implement strategies that foster a high-performance culture.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in talent management, HR, or organizational development with a minimum of 15 years of experience required.

3. Knowledge of succession planning, recruitment, employee development, performance management, and compensation strategies.

4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.

6. Familiarity with HR software and performance management tools.

7. Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar credentials will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify critical leadership positions that require succession planning.

2. Develop and maintain leadership talent pipeline for short-term and long-term succession, including regularly assessing succession risks and creating contingency plans for sudden leadership vacancies.

3. Work alongside upper management to establish succession readiness criteria for key roles and address skill gaps and development needs.

4. Create and implement learning and development programs that support employee growth and align with organizational goals.

5. Design and implement performance management systems that help employees grow and align with company objectives.

6. Develop and manage succession plans to ensure leadership continuity and smooth transitions within the organization.

7. Identify high-potential employees and provide opportunities for advancement.

8. Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, while measuring employee satisfaction and gathering feedback to improve the workplace environment and retain top talent.

9. Use data and analytics to assess talent needs, track employee performance, and make recommendations for improvements.
