- Organize and control workplace regulations and litigation, union and government affairs, consulting and education in the field of industrial relations in order to create harmony and industrial peace.
- Assisting business for any industrial issues and educate line manager about industrial relations
- Control Industrial relations conflict resolution business & functional line
- Execute workplace regulation, litigation and IR practices
- Fostering good relationship with all employee and unions, government.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education is: Bachelor Degree (S1)
- Has experience in the field of industrial relations at least 5 years (Lead) or 2 years (Specialist).
- Has ability to manage employee relations
- Has excellent knowledge of Employee Relations
- Has ability to manage all industrial relations practices
- Has excellent knowledge of industrial relations subject including labor law
- Has good communication skills & negotiation skill
