  • Organize and control workplace regulations and litigation, union and government affairs, consulting and education in the field of industrial relations in order to create harmony and industrial peace.
  • Assisting business for any industrial issues and educate line manager about industrial relations

  • Fostering good relationship with all employee and unions, government.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education is: Bachelor Degree (S1)
  • Has experience in the field of industrial relations at least 5 years (Lead) or 2 years (Specialist).
  • Has ability to manage employee relations
  • Has excellent knowledge of Employee Relations
  • Has ability to manage all industrial relations practices
  • Has excellent knowledge of industrial relations subject including labor law
  • Has good communication skills & negotiation skill
