Responsibilities:

  • Drive sell-out performance to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Merchandisers (MDs), Channel, and Resellers to ensure sustained business partnerships.
  • Explore and capitalize on opportunities to expand the business in both urban and regional markets.
  • Develop and implement actionable plans to achieve sales objectives effectively.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and long term loyalty.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily sales and activity reports.
  • Conduct comprehensive QBRs to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and set future strategies.
  • Experienced on doing PnL during the project.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in channel sales or a similar role.
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
  • IT educational background.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities.
  • Proficient in preparing reports and presenting business reviews.
  • Goal-oriented, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Able to speak in Mandarin (not mandatory).
