Responsibilities:
- Drive sell-out performance to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Merchandisers (MDs), Channel, and Resellers to ensure sustained business partnerships.
- Explore and capitalize on opportunities to expand the business in both urban and regional markets.
- Develop and implement actionable plans to achieve sales objectives effectively.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and long term loyalty.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily sales and activity reports.
- Conduct comprehensive QBRs to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and set future strategies.
- Experienced on doing PnL during the project.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in channel sales or a similar role.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- IT educational background.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities.
- Proficient in preparing reports and presenting business reviews.
- Goal-oriented, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Able to speak in Mandarin (not mandatory).
