PERSOL Indonesia is supporting Japanese companies and is currently seeking a Cost Estimator & Quantity Surveyor to be placed in Jakarta, based on the following job responsibilities and requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing project plans, specifications, and site conditions for manufacturing plants and warehouse construction.
  • Create and manage Bill of Quantities (BoQ) to quantify materials, labor, and equipment required for all project phases.
  • Monitor and control project costs by tracking budgets, variations, and providing regular cost reports to stakeholders.
  • Support tender processes by preparing documentation, evaluating bids, and assisting in contract negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
  • Conduct site valuations to certify payments, assess progress, and ensure accurate financial records for completed work.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education level: D3/S1 from relevant major
  • 5 years of experience as Cost Estimator & Quantity Surveyor for Manufacture/Warehouse Construction
  • Hold relevant professional certifications for the role

Salary: IDR 14,000,000 ~ 20,000,000
