PERSOL Indonesia is supporting Japanese companies and is currently seeking a Cost Estimator & Quantity Surveyor to be placed in Jakarta, based on the following job responsibilities and requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing project plans, specifications, and site conditions for manufacturing plants and warehouse construction.
- Create and manage Bill of Quantities (BoQ) to quantify materials, labor, and equipment required for all project phases.
- Monitor and control project costs by tracking budgets, variations, and providing regular cost reports to stakeholders.
- Support tender processes by preparing documentation, evaluating bids, and assisting in contract negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
- Conduct site valuations to certify payments, assess progress, and ensure accurate financial records for completed work.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: D3/S1 from relevant major
- 5 years of experience as Cost Estimator & Quantity Surveyor for Manufacture/Warehouse Construction
- Hold relevant professional certifications for the role
Salary: IDR 14,000,000 ~ 20,000,000
