Job Description
· Develop relationships and engage with Key Opinion leaders & negotiate/close deals with them
· Systematically manage the channel partner, collaborate with other divisions, functional heads building the ONE MicroPort portfolio
· Take ownership of our brands, taking responsibility for growing understanding and desire for the concept of our service with key influencers.
· Be responsible for developing new business and growth while ensuring profitability as well as adherence to country regulations and cultural guidelines.
· In partnership with our global HQ team, identify and prioritize new opportunities for growth and expansion within the area, developing and building
· In partnership with our global HQ team, identify key public and private sector stakeholders and influencers to promote coronary product portfolios
The Successful Applicant
· At least 8-10 years experiences in coronary or cardiology field (Even other medical devices/equipment field)
· Must have distributors management
· Proven track record of managing channel partners
· Well organized, results oriented and co-operative personality with preferably a commercial degree
· Strong business acumen
· A self-initiator with the ability to work with little or no supervision
· Excellent people management, customer service and leadership skills,
· Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills
· Presentation, analytical and strategy planning skills
· A track record of disruptive business growth would be a bonus
