Role Description: Sales Representative - Indonesia

We are looking for experienced Sales Representatives to join our amazing team in Indonesia

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Mosca's strapping and wrapping machines, as well as providing excellent customer service to clients. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, presenting product offerings, negotiating sales agreements, and maintaining client relationships.

Candidates to be based in Summarecon, Gading Serpong, Tangerang, Banten (Indonesia)

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Strong computer, written, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

  • Sales experience in industrial equipment or packaging industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel to Trade Shows when needed
  • English speaking – Required
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent higher education
