Marketing Manager (US Brand MLM - Wellness)
• Oversee the overall functions of Marketing which includes Marketing and Communications, Creative and Public Relations.
• Define and develop Marketing strategies including relevant objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with regional and global team to align company branding and marketing objectives.
• Lead the implementation of regional and global initiatives in a local context.
• Identify distributor needs and channel insights to develop impactful strategies that lead to business growth.
• Lead the day-to-day project management and ensure timely and quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with different functional units, internal and external, on the planning and execution of marketing programs and campaigns.
• Ensure the marketing initiatives effectively communicate the value proposition of the Company and achieve maximum potential outreach.
• Create awareness, interest, opportunities, and target market through social media/digital platform, print, trade shows, exhibits, brand activation, etc.
• Develop effective and impactful social media strategies to promote brand awareness and corporate image.
• Oversee the production of online and offline marketing materials.
• Ensure the design carries LifeWave brand identity and able to attract target audience.
• Be a brand advocate and ensure compliance to the corporate standards.
• Prepare budget and monitor expenditure.
• Conduct market research regularly to study customer needs, trends, and habits.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Stay updated with latest marketing strategies, best practices, and trends.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising or equivalent.
• Meta and/or Google certification.
• Minimum 8 years of management experience in a multinational, direct selling or network marketing organization.
• Strong business acumen in the direct selling and network marketing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of English language with copywriting skills.
• Strong leadership with people management skills.
• Strong planning and organizing skills.
• Highly strategic with critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, goal driven, and highly committed.
• Solid knowledge in marketing methodology and social media tools
• Creative design skills (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is a plus
