You’ll create impact by:
- Assist in collecting and cleaning data from manufacturing processes and operations.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, quality assurance, and production, to provide actionable insights.
- Support the implementation of data-driven initiatives to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on manufacturing defects or inefficiencies based on data findings.
- Stay updated on the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and trends in manufacturing.
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and quality control methods in manufacturing.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
