We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin Compliance to join our compliance team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to develop their career in the field of compliance and governance. As an Admin Compliance Officer, you will assist with maintaining and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, contributing to a strong and effective compliance culture within the organization.
Job Scope
Document Management:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining compliance-related documents, records, and reports.
- Ensure that all compliance documentation is up-to-date, complete, and properly filed for easy access.
- Help track compliance training records, certifications, and audit reports.
Compliance Monitoring:
- Assist in monitoring daily operations to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support the compliance team in conducting routine checks and assessments on company processes.
Reporting and Data Entry:
- Prepare reports related to compliance activities and assist in presenting findings to the compliance manager or team.
- Input and update compliance data into systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Internal Audits and Reviews:
- Support internal audit activities by assisting in the preparation of audit materials and facilitating audit requests.
- Help in reviewing internal controls to ensure they align with legal and regulatory requirements.
Compliance Research:
- Assist in researching new or changing regulations and compliance standards relevant to the company’s industry.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in compliance to help improve internal processes.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the compliance team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with departments, and managing calendars.
- Assist in the coordination and facilitation of compliance-related training and awareness programs for employees.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of compliance, risk management, or regulatory frameworks is a plus but not required.
