Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for the whole organization.
- Provide assistance and guidance to new hires regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Maintain employee records and databases, ensure accurate and up-to-date information in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant systems.
- Collaborate with various departments, including HR, IT, facilities, and management, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and suggest innovative ideas to enhance new hires’ experiences.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related major.
- Proven experience in HR operations, onboarding, or similar role is advantageous.
- Proficient in using HRIS and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
