Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Client Engagement:

  • Act as an independent sales hunter with a proactive, results-driven mindset, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to deeply understand client challenges, tailor solutions, and address pain points effectively.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive market expansion and achieve revenue targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on pipeline progress, risks, and opportunities.

Operational Excellence:

  • Maintain administrative rigor by submitting timely sales reports, forecasts, and documentation to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3-5 years B2B Hunter Sales experience.
  2. Strong ability to engage partners and clients with a problem-solving mindset; prior tech industry experience is a plus.
  3. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  4. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (local/regional) and manage external stakeholder relationships.
  5. Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to exceed targets in a dynamic environment.
  6. Excellent communication skills in English, with Mandarin speaking is a bonus
