- Acquire and convert potential clients through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Schedule appointments, prepare, deliver presentations, and pitch to new clients, having researched their business and requirements.
- Develop and execute persuasive marketing/sales strategies, materials, and campaign presentations based on an in-depth understanding of the potential client's business issues and needs.

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, particularly in outsourcing, headhunting, RPO services or B2B.
- Proven experience handling large deal sizes and working with enterprise clients.
- Strong track record in dealing with senior decision-makers and executives.
- Good business sense and ability to understand clients' needs and connect them to appropriate company solutions.
- Ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
- Excellent professional/business communication skills.
- Confident and engaging presentation skills.
- Strong hunter mentality – driven by new business acquisition with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to meet business goals.
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Mega Kuningan.
