Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, particularly in outsourcing, headhunting, RPO services or B2B.
  • Proven experience handling large deal sizes and working with enterprise clients.
  • Strong track record in dealing with senior decision-makers and executives.
  • Good business sense and ability to understand clients' needs and connect them to appropriate company solutions.
  • Ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
  • Excellent professional/business communication skills.
  • Confident and engaging presentation skills.
  • Strong hunter mentality – driven by new business acquisition with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to meet business goals.
  • Willing to work full-time onsite in Mega Kuningan.
