We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
About The Role

Then the NLE Virtual Assistant role could be perfect for you. You will work closely with the CEO, COO, General Manager, and Operations Manager.
For this role, a strong Internet connection is required.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice Management: Chase late invoices and email clients for overdue payments
- Team Payroll Management: Collect team members timesheets and invoices and set up payments for approval
- Client Onboarding: Help new clients get set up with our systems
- Task Organization: Maintain a well-organized to-do list and manage tasks in Click Up
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage calendar appointments
- Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Calendar)
- Knowledge of task management systems (Click Up experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of finance tools such as Xero is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills (you must be confident in English to talk to clients and team members)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented approach to work
- High school diploma; additional administrative qualifications are a plus
