Role Description

Qualifications
- Minimum education Diploma (D3) any major
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Fluency in English languages
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules and adapt to changes
