Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
