The firm was established in 2016, currently managing an asset of USD 1.2 Billion with portfolios in China, South East Asia, and North America. The firm is supported by institutions such as top university endowments, charitable foundations and sovereign wealth funds.
My client is building team in Jakarta, looking to hire driven bilingual young professionals as Business Risk Analyst. This role will report to one of the firm’s Partners, working closely with risk analysis team in China.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial and commercial due diligence in the proposed investment projects.
- Take role as contact person in Indonesia to manage the overall project delivery, including but not limited to transaction structure design and agreement negotiation.
- Manage post investment activities.
Successful candidates:
- Highly performed individuals who would like to work in fast working environment and step up in continuous intellectual stimulating role.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Indonesian.
- Good analytical skill. Detail oriented, able to gather information and judge the quality of the information collected.
- Reliable and possessing high integrity is a must.
- Ideal candidates would be someone with 2-5 year of experience. However, more experienced candidates who is willing to still be hands on are welcome to apply.
- Finance background is preferable but not a must.
