- Manage and update interviewers' schedules weekly for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Organize and coordinate internal knowledge-sharing sessions between project teams.
- Schedule and facilitate performance review sessions for employees.
- Administrative & Office Management:
- Coordinate between Operations and the HR team to ensure alignment in administrative processes.
- Oversee office supply management and procurement for the Bandung office.
- Operational Support and Improvements:
- Assist in ensuring the smooth execution of internal processes and workflows.
- Help implement operational improvements in scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks.
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks as required.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.
- Experience in IT operations and/or Project Management Office (PMO) would be preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.
- Experience in coordinating between multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- This role requires working onsite at our Bandung office.
