Our core service is ensuring the timely payment of copyright royalties to our clients. In this role, you will perform various computer-based tasks, including monitoring, collecting, and carefully analyzing music usage and settlement data. You will also be responsible for preparing accurate submissions of copyright data to copyright collection societies.
The objective of the Data Operations Executive is to ensure the smooth operation of Massive Music Entertainment's day-to-day operations. You will work closely with our data team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Coordinating with different team divisions to identify the root cause of several issues regarding the client(s) onboarding process
- Reviewing data against the Massive Music Entertainment standards and guidelines in every change or request made by the client
- Provide day-to-day operations to maintain and manage the Content Management System (CMS)
- Will be responsible for every client(s) data entry
- Will be responsible for maintaining & monitoring data in Massive Music Entertainment
Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor's Degree & All Majors are welcome to apply
Technical Skills
- proficient in Excel and Spread Sheets is a MUST (Advanced in Google Sheets is a plus point)
- Experience in data entry, data validation, or database management is an advantage
- Familiarity with music copyright, licensing, or publishing is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
